Warranty Coverage – 1 Year Parts Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. This recliner sofa comes with a 1-year limited warranty on parts from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Covered components include:

• Internal frame (wood or metal)
• Reclining mechanism (manual or electric)
• Springs and support systems
• Motor and power adapter (for electric recliners)
• Levers, handles, or pull cords

What’s Not Covered:

• General wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
• Upholstery fabric, leather, or stitching
• Stains, burns, or discoloration
• Damage caused by pets, pests, or external accidents

How to Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please provide:

• Warranty card
• Proof of purchase
• Description and photos of the issue
• Contact details

We will assess the claim and, if valid, offer repair, replacement of parts, or other solutions at our discretion.
