We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila for confirmed orders, and 3–5 business days for provincial areas not covered by Lalamove.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Need to return or exchange an item? We’re happy to help. Simply email us, and we’ll guide you through the return process, including eligibility, instructions, and the return address. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth and satisfying as the designs we deliver.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We do our best to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue—we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I reserve or book an item?
We hold booked items for up to one week, giving you the flexibility to pick them up at a time that’s most convenient for you.
